SUPERNOVA

May 10th - June 20th, 2022

The Internet Computer is the third major blockchain innovation — the world’s fastest and most affordable blockchain for building and deploying Web3 dapps, DeFi, games, NFTs, social media, and metaverse projects that can scale to millions of users, all entirely on-chain.

Supernova is six weeks long, running from May 10 to June 20, 2022. Teams are welcome to submit projects anytime in advance of the June 20th deadline at 11:45 PM Pacific Time.


HACKER FUNDRAGER

December 11, 2021

Hacker Fund is hosting its annual gala at the Popl Mansion in Beverly Hills. Dinner and entertainment will be provided. This event is a celebration of the impact the Hacker Fund team has had over the last 7 years. This is a private event and a code will be required to access tickets.


ELECTRIC POTENTIAL - BETA

November 8th - December 19th, 2021

Electric Potential is Gen Z's digital community and information hub for creating social change. The beta program is available to 300 qualifying high school and college students. If you're interested in joining, fill out invite request below.


TECHDAY FOUNDERS SUMMIT

November 8, 2021

TechDay Founders Summit is a one day program that will provide entrepreneurs with professional development opportunities and educational resources. This event will take place virtually and in-person in New York. Use code HFFS50 for a 50% discount on your admission ticket.


HACKTOBERFEST

October 1-31, 2021

Hacker Fund chapters will be coming together for a virtual kickoff for the month-long Hacktoberfest campaign in partnership with Digital Ocean. The purpose of this initiative is to inspire 200,000 hackers around the world to contribute to open source projects. Members will be attending events all month long!


DOT.LA SUMMIT

October 28-29, 2021

The dot.LA Summit will feature a curated selection of disruptive and innovate LA based startups, keynote speakers and panelists for the purpose of engaging and educating the LA tech community. Members of the Hacker Fund LA Chapter are supporting the event programming.


HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH: CAREERS IN TECH PANEL

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, chapter members of Hacker Fund are sharing their S.T.E.M. career stories. They will be discussing how they learned to code, what resources are available to students now, and the different journeys that are possible when on the pathway to a career in technology.
